Herb Oil

Herb oil is an easy task to accomplish and can amp up even a simple recipe for meats, soups, salad dressing and as a dipper for bread. Any seasonal herbs can be used. Created by Beth Brown Ables and styled by Jessica Barley, this herb oil topped a Creamy Potato Leek Soup which was the centerpiece of our Spring 2019 In Good Taste feature, Fresh Spring Supper. Shot at Savereign plant boutique, the supper in the West Village of Greenville brought together four friends and creatives: AJ Arellano, Kate Asire, Jaley Hughes and Charis JB.
