Finance, design, and real estate—Robbie Randolph delivers the whole home package

Robbie Randolph is a triple threat. As a realtor, he has his own brokerage company and can find you a home; as an interior decorator, he can help you furnish that home; as the founder of Randolph Estate Living, he can make sure that home is well-maintained at all times, especially when you’re out of town. Combining high-end real estate services, home decor expertise, and estate management under one fully integrated lifestyle brand, Randolph’s business is the first-of-its-kind in the Upstate.

A Greenville native, Randolph has two decades of experience in finance, commercial and residential real estate, and interior design and styling. With the launch of this innovative three-part venture, he’s helping homeowners live elegantly and effortlessly.

Randolph’s highly evolved aesthetic colors everything he does. Called upon to do everything from styling a dining room, sourcing custom drapery, staging and selling a property, trimming a 20-foot Christmas tree, and organizing a walk-in closet, there’s little he won’t do for clients. His valued network of trusted artisans, contractors, and five on-staff creatives provide a concierge-style experience to both new clients and those who repeatedly call on him.

“It’s amazing how my years of background in many different careers came together,” Randolph says. “I feel like I’ve finally found the perfect way to share all my knowledge.”

A Homeowner’s Trifecta

The tastemaker behind some of the Upstate’s most beautiful homes, Randolph Estate Living offers:

  • Luxury home sales and marketing
  • Bespoke interior design and styling
  • Full-service home project and estate management

Small Upgrades, Big Ambience

Robbie Randolph suggests these luxe touches to make your home feel like an estate.

  • Cashmere or alpaca throws for a touch of warmth and texture
  • Scented candles or diffusers in layered, seasonal fragrances
  • Warm LED Edison bulbs to create a soft, flattering glow
  • Fresh-cut flowers or large-scale greenery to bring nature inside
  • Monogrammed linen napkins or artisan ceramics for elevated entertaining
